Kitchen sinks block up because of what goes down them — fats, oils and grease that wash in warm, then cool and set hard onto the pipe wall. It builds up layer by layer until the drain narrows to nothing, which is why a sink usually goes slow for a while before it blocks completely.
This is where our extreme high-pressure jetter comes into its own. We run specialised grease nozzles through the drain that break up the solidified grease and scour it right off the pipe wall — not just melt a narrow channel through it like a chemical cleaner does. The full width of the pipe is opened back up, so the sink drains freely and stays that way.

Not really — they tend to melt a thin channel through the grease that seals back up within days, and they can damage pipes. Physically blasting the grease off the pipe wall with the jetter lasts far longer.

Don't pour fats or oils down the sink — let them cool and bin them — use a strainer for food scraps, and run hot water after washing up. We'll give you the specifics for your setup when we're there.
If we can’t clear your blockage, you don’t pay. The guarantee applies where there’s sufficient drain access to reach the blockage. If adequate access isn’t available, we can’t guarantee it can be cleared — additional work may be needed, like installing inspection openings or extra drain access points, to reach those sections. We’ll always quote any of that before we do it.
